How long does it take to make and ship an order?
Each piece is handmade with care. Processing time varies but usually takes 3-20 days before shipping. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location.
What do I do if my order is lost or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me with photos and I'll work with you to resolve it. For lost orders, please check with your local post office first.
How do I wash my crochet items?
For best results, hand wash in cold water with mild soap and lay flat to dry. Some items may be machine washable on a gentle cycle, but always check the care instructions!
